TF type carbon remover

1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

This equipment is used to remove free carbon dioxide in water by air blowing degassing method. The water is introduced from the upper part of the equipment, sprayed by the spray device, and flows through the filler with large surface area; the air is introduced from the air outlet at the lower part of the equipment, and reversely passes through the packing layer; the free carbon dioxide in the water rapidly precipitates and is discharged from the top. In the water treatment system, it is generally set behind the hydrogen ion exchanger. As long as it is used properly, the residual carbon dioxide of water after decarbonization is less than 5mg / L

1.3. Structural features

1.3.1. The water inlet device is in the form of main pipe and branch pipe.

1.3.2. There are PVC grid plates at the bottom of the middle filling section to support the fillers loaded inside the equipment.

1.3.3 when the nominal diameter water of the equipment is greater than 800, the flange structure shall be adopted, and the inlet hole on the lower side shall be cancelled.

1.3.4. The equipment is lined with 1751 semi-rigid adhesive.

1.3.5. The extension length of inlet pipe is as follows:

DN2≤250,100mm

DN2=300,120mm

DN2=35,140mm

4.1. The filling material is ∮ 50 plastic polyhedral ball, which shall be taken care of by the user.

4.2. The supporting equipment includes water seal, water collector, fan, intermediate water tank, etc. if you need, please order separately.
