1. Introduction

1.1 purpose

It is mainly used for flue gas and air pipeline of desulfurization system.

1.3 structural features

1.3.1. Baffle door structure. The baffles described below are all in the form of louvers. The upstream and downstream blades of flue gas may have different materials due to different working environments. There are sealed air channels between the blades.

1.3.2. Sealing parts of baffle plate. In the desulfurization Island, due to the need of maintenance, each damper must be combined with seal air to achieve zero leakage when closing. In this way, it can provide a relatively comfortable environment for downstream maintenance personnel. The sealing parts include the sealing sheet of the damper blade, the sealing iron, the sealing air system and the sealing parts at the shaft end.

1.3.3. Shaft end sealing parts. The shaft end sealing parts can ensure that the smoke and air will not leak out from the shaft end. Generally, packing seal is used, and gas sealing device can be added if necessary.

1.3.4. Control system. According to the different site requirements, the control system of damper door can be divided into electric and pneumatic. The actuator of electric baffle door is usually directly connected, while the pneumatic gate is connected by output connecting rod.

4. Selection method

If the user wants to use the FGD damper designed and manufactured by us, the following parameters shall be provided.

4.1. Performance parameters

4.1.1. Flue gas flow direction, such as whether the flow direction is vertical or horizontal,

4.1.2. The number of desulfurization damper doors for one boiler.

4.1.3. Temperature, pressure and composition of medium passing through desulfurization baffle.

4.1.4. Allowable pressure loss of desulfurization baffle valve.

4.1.5. Maximum allowable learning air leakage rate.

4.1.6. The opening and closing time of desulfurization damper and relevant requirements of control system.

4.1.7. Control requirements, such as input voltage of electrical control, voltage and protection grade of pneumatic solenoid valve coil.

4.2. Site conditions

4.2.1. Supply voltage, phase and frequency provided,

4.2.2. The pressure of compressed air that can be provided.

 

5. Scope of supply and order requirements

5.1. Scope of supply (typical scope, which can be increased or decreased according to user's demand)

The scope of supply includes product design, procurement, manufacturing, factory testing, installation and commissioning drawings and operation and maintenance manuals.

5.1.1. Equipment, including damper body, control actuator, sealing fan system, sealing filler, name plate, standard surface protective paint and special tools.

5.1.2. Connectors. The supplied connecting parts include the counter flange of damper body, control cabinet and limit switch.

5.2. Specification for closing damper of desulfurization Island

5.2.1. Overview. The function of closing baffle door of desulfurization island is to isolate various working fluids inside desulfurization island.

5.2.1.1. The supplier shall evaluate the design of various shut-off damper doors of desulfurization Island, and consider the operation conditions and the most important economic factors, so as to select the most suitable model.

5.2.1.2. The supplier shall provide a tender in accordance with the specification and shall include in the tender the information required by the inquiry so that the tender can be correctly evaluated. In addition, the documents required above shall be provided.

5.2.2. Air leakage performance. The closed baffle door of desulfurization Island requires zero leakage under the condition of sealing air system. The supplier shall describe the sealing system in the tender document and provide performance proof materials of air leakage performance.

5.2.3. Equipment maintenance. The design of shut-off damper door of desulfurization island shall minimize the need for regular maintenance of equipment, and state the recommended overhaul period, as well as spare parts and maintenance time for each overhaul in the first 5-year operation period. The supplier shall point out the key points and the most economical maintenance method for the closed damper door of desulfurization island.

5.2.4. Reliability. The supplier shall provide the feasibility and reliability description of the shut-off damper of desulfurization island in the quotation, and especially point out any means to improve and optimize the performance parameters of shut-off damper of desulfurization island.

5.2.5. Equipment life. The design life of the equipment shall be guaranteed to be at least 15 years. Any parts whose service life is less than 15 years shall be listed and the expected replacement time shall be given.

5.2.6. Mechanical design. Mechanical design specifications mainly include:

5.2.6.1. Materials. The selected materials shall be suitable for the working environment and the materials of main components shall be listed in the quotation,

5.2.6.2. Control instrument. Icons indicating control and instrumentation functions shall be listed in the offer.

5.2.6.3. Standards. The manufacture of shut-off damper door of desulfurization island shall comply with internationally recognized standards.

5.2.7. The complete technical specification of shut-off damper of desulfurization island shall be provided together with the quotation.
