1. Introduction

1.1. purpose

Dust collector is a kind of high-efficiency dust removal equipment used to collect dust, fog beads and other particles. It is widely used in coal-fired power plant, metallurgy, chemical industry, cement, paper-making and other industrial furnaces.

1.3 structural features

The bag dust collector is mainly composed of two parts: one is the dust collector body, which is a steel structure; the other is protection equipment, including bypass system, emergency spray cooling system, pre spraying system, compressed air and pulse ash cleaning system, automatic control system and other auxiliary equipment. A typical bag dust collector structure is shown in Figure 11-1.

1.4 working principle

Bag dust collector uses dust collector bag to capture dust in dust containing gas. The filtration mechanism is mainly the inertial collision, gravity sedimentation, diffusion, interception and electrostatic effect of dust in the dust containing gas. Gravity sedimentation and inertial collision play a major role in the large particle dust, while fiber filtration of dust collector media mainly focuses on interception, diffusion and forward electric effect. Bag dust collector dust collection is the filtration and capture of dust collector material fiber layer, fiber layer filtration has two forms, namely internal filtration and surface filtration. Internal filtration, also known as deep filtration, is that the dust passes through the clean dust collector material first, and part of the dust is retained in the fiber layer of the dust collector material. When the dust in the fiber layer reaches a certain thickness, the dust collector cake is formed in the fiber layer; after the dust collector cake is formed in the fiber layer, the subsequent dust will settle on the surface of the fiber layer, and the dust layer formed on the surface of the fiber layer plays a major role in the dust filtration, which is the surface filtration At the beginning of the operation of the dust collector bag, the dust layer formed on the surface of the dust collector material further improves the filtration efficiency of the dust collector bag.

1.5 product series

There are many types of pulse dust remover, which can be divided into row jet dust collector and rotary jet dust collector according to different cleaning pressure.

 

2. Main technical parameters

Pulse dust collector is a personalized non-standard equipment, its main technical parameters can be determined according to the working conditions provided by users. The main design technical parameters of 350MW bag dust collector for No.1 boiler of Changchun No.3 thermal power plant are shown in table 11-1

3. Equipment appearance and structural dimensions

Due to the single design, the shape and structure size of each dust collector are different. Figure 11-2 shows the layout of the precipitator of 350MW unit. Figure 11-3 shows the vertical layout of bag dust collector of 350MW unit.

 

4. Selection method

Bag dust collector is selected by computer expert system. The basic information to be provided by the user includes the inlet flue gas volume of the dust collector under the standard state, the dust concentration at the inlet of the dust collector under the standard state, the flue gas temperature, the outlet discharge requirements of the dust collector, the required body resistance, the required body air leakage rate, the ash sample analysis data, the coal sample analysis data, the flue gas dew point temperature, the flue gas moisture content, the plant site meteorology, and the geography Conditions and other special requirements, etc,

 

5. Scope of supply and order requirements

5.1. Scope of supply

Since the product is designed as a single unit, the scope of supply is determined according to the user's demand. It usually includes the body and electrical appliances, as well as the drawings required for the installation and debugging related to the product, the installation instructions, operation instructions, spare parts, and even special tools.

5.2. Order requirements

The dust remover products are manufactured, installed, debugged and accepted according to JB/T 8532-2008 (pulse jet bag dust collector) and other industry standards, and according to the product drawings and technical documents approved by the procedures. If there are special requirements, they should be noted in the order contract or technical agreement.

5.2.1. Provide the basic original parameters, delivery place, delivery method, delivery time, etc.

In order to ensure the normal operation of bag dust collector, the flue gas temperature is generally 20 ℃ higher than the dew point temperature.
