1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

FS type sending tank is a lower discharge type powder material conveying device, which is the main equipment of the internal bypass pneumatic conveying system. It uses compressed air as the power to transport the materials to the storage bin through the internal bypass pipeline.

FS type sending tank is usually arranged by multiple sending tanks, with a maximum of 8 tanks in one group. One group of sending tanks can be fed, fed and transported at the same time, and one or more sets can be isolated for maintenance.

1.3. Structural features

FS type sending tank is mainly composed of tank body, inlet (hand hole) valve, fluidizing device, discharge tee, inlet valve group, pressure gauge, material level gauge and auxiliary inlet and outlet valves. By adjusting the valves of the sending tank, the air volume of each point can be distributed, so as to achieve the best conveying state.

1.4. Working principle

FS type sending tanks are operated in groups, each sending tank is equipped with one feed valve and one vent valve, and each sending tank is equipped with one discharge valve and air inlet valve. According to the opening of valve, the size of orifice plate and the pressure difference of each delivery point, one group of sending tank can automatically distribute the gas volume and adjust the conveying condition by itself.

3. Equipment appearance and structural dimensions

The equipment outline of FS type sending tank is shown in Fig. 27-1, and the structural dimension and nozzle size are shown in table 27-2 and table 27-3 respectively.

Note: the DN50. PN1.0 handhole is used for the delivery tank whose diameter is less than or equal to 120mm, and the dn400 and PN1.0 inlet holes are used for the sending tank with straight light and large diameter of 1200mm.

 

4. Selection method

The type selection follows the system design and is calculated and selected according to the output, conveying distance and material density of the conveying system. The level gauge and pressure gauge are determined according to the system.

 

5. Scope of supply and order requirements

5.1. Scope of supply

FS type sending tank is generally supplied in complete set with other system equipment. The whole equipment includes tank body, inlet valve, discharge tee, fluidizing device and inlet valve group. All spare parts are supplied all year round.

5.2. Order requirements

With the design of the system, the size of the feed valve interface and the size of the conveying pipe should be indicated when ordering, and the external accessories should be attached.
