Thin oil station
1. Introduction
1.1. Purpose
The thin oil lubrication device is used to force the lubricating oil to the friction parts of the machine, so as to form an oil film between the relative moving machine parts, reduce the friction and wear of the parts, at the same time, wash the friction parts and take away the heat generated by friction, so as to ensure the normal operation of the machine and prolong the service life of the machine.
1.2. Structural features
GDR series high and low pressure thin oil station and XYZ series common thin oil station are composed of oil station, instrument panel and electrical control box. They have filtering, cooling, heating, safety, automatic control, alarm and other functions. There are two control modes of PLC and relay, with DCS interface, and high degree of automation. For industrial lubricating oil with working medium viscosity grade of n22-n320, the engineering pressure is 0.4MPa, the cooling water oil temperature is less than or equal to 28 ℃, the cooling water pressure is 0.2-0.3mpa, and the lubricating oil temperature drops to 7-8 ℃. The equipment is easy to maintain and repair.
