LS/GX Screw conveyor

1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

LS type screw conveyor is widely used in building materials, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, coal, grain and other industries. It is suitable for horizontal or inclined transportation of powder, granular and small pieces of materials, such as coal, ash, slag, cement, grain, etc. the material temperature is generally lower than 200 ℃, but the conveyor is not suitable for conveying materials that are easy to deteriorate, sticky and caking.

1.2. Structural features

LS type screw conveyor is the replacement product of GX type screw conveyor designed and manufactured according to JB / T 7679-2008 "Screw Conveyor Standard". Its head and tail part bearings are moved to the outside of the shell. The suspension bearing adopts sliding bearing without dust-proof sealing device. Powder metallurgy is generally used for bearing bush. Felt bearing bush is used for conveying cement; The hanging shaft and the screw shaft are connected by sliding block, so the driving device does not need to be moved when the screw shaft is disassembled, and the screw shaft is not moved when the hanging bearing is disassembled; the hanging bearing can be lubricated without removing the cover plate. The whole machine has high reliability, long service life, strong adaptability and convenient installation and maintenance.

1.3. Product series

The screw diameter of LS type screw conveyor is 200-500mm, there are five specifications in total, and the length is 4-70m. One stop is set every 0.5m.

3. Equipment appearance and structural dimensions

The installation of LS type screw conveyor is shown in figure 34-1, and the main dimensions are shown in table 34-2. The overall dimensions of GX screw conveyor are shown in table 34-3.
