Turbulence acoustic wave
1. Introduction
1.1. Purpose
Acoustic turbulence device is the main equipment of single pipe multi pump pneumatic ash conveying system. It is installed in the front of the bin pump conveying unit, which mainly provides the required conveying air for the bin pump unit, so as to stably and smoothly transport the materials to the ash silo.
1.2. Structural features
On the basis of absorbing foreign advanced technology, the acoustic turbulence device is specially designed for pneumatic ash conveying system according to the principle of aerodynamics and the characteristics of acoustic wave. It is made of alloy material or nonferrous alloy by precision machining with high precision machine tool. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient installation and long service life.
