1. Introduction
1.1. Purpose
Dry slag extractor is the main equipment of slag removal system of coal-fired boiler in thermal power plant. It cools the high-temperature slag produced by the boiler, and continuously transmits it to the subsequent cold slag treatment equipment, and finally transports the slag to the slag bin after crushing
The dry-type slag extractor uses natural air to cool hot slag without water; the hot air after cooling slag returns to the furnace to help combustion, so as to improve the steel efficiency.

1.3. Structural features
The dry slag extractor is composed of head drive section, tail reversing section, standard transmission section, material receiving section, bending transmission section, supporting platform, hydraulic station system and electrical control system. The mechanical part includes shell, conveyor chain, cleaning chain, conveyor chain driving roller, reversing roller, tensioning device of conveying chain and cleaning chain, driving system of conveying chain, driving system of cleaning chain, middle rolling of conveying chain, intermediate roller of conveying chain, anti deviation device of conveying chain, supporting roller and pressing wheel device of cleaning chain, observation window, inspection door, outrigger, platform and escalator.
1.4. Working principle
Due to the negative pressure in the chamber of pulverized coal boiler, under the action of negative pressure in the furnace of pulverized coal boiler, the white air enters the machine from the outside of the dry-type slag extractor to cool the hot slag with high temperature and large amount of heat into the cold slag that can be directly stored and transported. The hot air generated by the cooling slag directly enters the boiler furnace, which takes the heat away from the furnace back to the furnace, thus reducing the heat loss of the boiler and improving the efficiency of the boiler.

4. Selection method
The model of dry-type slag extractor is selected according to the amount of slag discharged from the boiler, the size space of furnace bottom in the boiler room and the way of slag storage and transportation. The electric control system and hydraulic system are determined by the design form of the whole slag removal system.
5. Scope of supply and order requirements
5.1. Scope of supply
The whole machine is supplied, including dry slag machine body, platform ladder, local control box and hydraulic system. The local control box and hydraulic system can be selected according to the actual needs of users; the matching portal slag extruder, transition slag bucket, mechanical seal device and other users can choose at will.
5.2. Order requirements
When ordering, indicate the boiler model, coal burning parameters, boiler slag discharge quantity, slag temperature requirements after cooling and maximum air volume of the boiler; at the same time, provide the layout of slag dryer, the follow-up treatment method of slag and electric control requirements.
