1. Introduction

 

1.1. Application

It is mainly used in large power plant boiler flue gas and pulverized coal preparation system, desulfurization and denitrification environmental protection device.

1.2. Model meaning

141 ---- the first three digits divided by 100 is the ratio of impeller outlet diameter to inlet diameter

1.3. Structural features

All kinds of large centrifugal fans for SBW power station are designed and manufactured according to the imported technology.

1.3.1. Basic structure of centrifugal fan:

1.3.1.1. Direction of rotation. Right rotation and left rotation. From one end of the prime mover, the impeller rotates clockwise for right-hand rotation and counterclockwise for left-hand rotation. When two fans are used for one boiler, one left and one right symmetrical arrangement is adopted for the convenience of pipeline layout and monitoring and maintenance.

1.3.1.2. Single inhalation and double inhalation. The impeller of the double suction fan is composed of two groups of wheel cover, blades and one wheel disc with the same size but opposite arrangement along the axis (the arrangement of the two groups of blades conforms to the same rotation direction), and its flow rate is twice that of the fan with the same size.

1.3.1.3. Inlet and outlet direction. As shown in Figure 12-1 and figure 12-2, the horizontal direction of domestic fan is zero degree.

1.3.1.4. Transmission mode and support mode. For large power plants with inlet box, centrifugal fans have single suction cantilever, single suction double support and double suction double support.

1.3.1.5. Adjustment mode. Inlet guide vane adjustment, inlet baffle adjustment, variable speed regulation.

1.3.2. Main parts of centrifugal fan. The main components of centrifugal fan in large power station include inlet guide vane (flow) regulating device, impeller, main shaft, coupling, inlet box, volute and bearing seat,

1.3.2.1. Inlet guide vane (flow) regulating device. The inlet flow regulating device has inlet guide vane regulating valve and inlet baffle, which is mainly used to adjust the performance of the fan and facilitate the fan to start smoothly. The single suction cantilever of centrifugal fan is generally regulated by inlet guide vane. The double suction and double support structure of centrifugal fan is generally adjusted by inlet baffle plate. The inlet control valve is set in front of the inlet box outlet and the impeller air inlet. The inlet regulating valve flow channel adopts the conical outer cylinder convergence design to ensure the uniform and stable air flow through the impeller outlet; the inlet baffle is set at the inlet of the inlet box.

In order to avoid the vibration of the outlet of the large-scale centrifugal fan, the anti vortex gate is adjusted according to the size of the inlet vane.

1.3.2.2. Impeller. There are three types of impeller blades: flat, logarithmic spiral and wing. The impeller is of welded steel plate structure, and is designed according to TLT company's special reinforced structure. Compared with the traditional structure, the allowable circumferential velocity of the same material is increased by more than 30%, thus ensuring the safe operation of the impeller. For fans with large dust content in medium, such as pulverized coal fan, induced draft fan, flue gas recirculation fan, desulfurization fan, etc., measures such as lining plate on blade working face, surfacing welding, welding cemented carbide wear-resistant layer and other measures are adopted according to the impeller structure to improve the wear resistance of impeller blades.

1.3.2.3. Spindle. The main shaft is mainly used to support impeller rotation and transfer torque, there are two kinds of solid shaft and hollow shaft. Generally, the impeller cantilever support fan adopts solid shaft, and the double support fan main shaft adopts solid shaft or hollow shaft. The impeller and the main shaft are fixed by the wheel disc and the shaft flange with matching bolts, which is convenient for assembly and disassembly.

1.3.2.4. Coupling. Connect the fan spindle and drive motor.

1.3.2.5. Air inlet box. The function of the inlet box is to change the air flow from radial to axial, and accelerate in it to keep the outlet air flow stable. The inlet box is provided with stiffeners and necessary supports, as well as a split surface for easy assembly, disassembly and transportation.

1.3.2.6. Casing. The shell has necessary split surface, which is convenient for assembly, disassembly and maintenance; the side plate is welded with reinforcing rib to make it have enough rigidity and prevent deformation. In order to facilitate maintenance and check the use of the impeller, a manhole door is opened at a suitable position of the casing.

1.3.2.7. Bearing pedestal and bearing. Rolling bearings are generally used. In order to facilitate the adjustment, maintenance and replacement of the bearing pedestal, the bearing pedestal and the bearing pedestal base installed on the foundation are fixed with bolts.

1.3.3. Main accessories of centrifugal fan. It generally includes driving motor, electric actuator, fan or motor oil station, fan or motor main bearing temperature measuring instrument, fan vibration measuring probe, muffler or sound insulation device, etc.

2. Main technical parameters

SBW is designed and manufactured according to the imported technology, including primary air fan, forced draft fan, induced draft fan, desulfurization fan, denitration fan, decarbonization fan, aeration fan, powder discharge fan, circulating fan and other large centrifugal fans for power station. The technical parameters cover the whole range of industrial centrifugal fan, with the maximum flow rate of 1500m3/s and the maximum wind pressure of 80000 Pa.

4. Selection method

The centrifugal fan introduced by SBW has a series of design, complete specifications and wide application range. It has 6 different forms of leaves, 94 series and thousands of specifications. According to the statistics of domestic industry practice, there are 94 aerodynamic sketches of the imported centrifugal fans. According to the similarity theory, 94 fan series can be formed. According to the capacity and operation requirements, the structure of the fans can be divided into single suction cantilever support, single suction double support and double suction double support. The fan series can be divided into single stage and double stage, so that the number of fan series will be doubled Users provide a wide range of choices.

SBW makes full use of the imported building block design method, standardized structural parts, adopts the method of tailoring according to different requirements of users to form fans with advanced technical and economic indexes, different structural models, specifications, series and sizes, and then selects the fan model according to the parameters given by the user according to the modular matching, so that the fan can be installed at the site In order to adapt to the actual operating conditions and achieve better technical and economic benefits, the operation in the highest efficiency zone can meet the needs of users to the maximum extent.

5.2. Order requirements

Customers must make clear the purpose of both the user and the manufacturer according to the product selection requirements, so as to ensure that the purchased products meet the actual use requirements and meet the matching of operating conditions, so as to achieve the expected operation efficiency, safety and reliability Yes. Therefore, customers should pay attention to:

5.2.1. Provide the relevant data information to be understood in the inquiry sheet of wind turbine. See "4. Selection method" for details.

5.2.2. Provide the direction of air inlet and outlet of fan.

5.2.3. Provide foundation conditions for fan installation (rigid foundation or flexible foundation).

5.2.4. Provide detailed technical data of self purchased parts (if the motor, electric actuator, etc. are matched by customers themselves).

5.2.5. When conveying corrosive, explosive and harmful medium gas to human body, it shall be indicated.

5.2.6. When selecting fans with non-standard structure and conventional use, please inform the fan's working parameter requirements. The company will redesign or redesign the fan in an effective way to meet each customer's needs.

5.2.7. Provide control mode and monitoring content requirements for selected fans.
