QG series booster pump

 

1. Introduction

1.1. Application

QG series booster pump is mainly used in 300MW steam turbine generator unit with 30% capacity.

1.2. Model meaning

QG-**-##

QG --- QG series booster pump code

Example: QG500-80 booster pump means that the model series code is QG, the flow rate is 500 m3/h, and the lift is 80m.

1.3. Structural features (see Figure 5-1)

1.3.1. Single stage double suction impeller is adopted.

1.3.2. The inlet and outlet shall be vertical upward and connected by flange.

1.3.3. It is integrally installed on the rigid structure pump seat made of section steel welding.

1.3.4. There are end covers on both sides of the pump shell, so it is not necessary to move the pump shell and remove the pipeline. The rotor can be pulled out for maintenance only by removing the end cover.

1.3.5. The hydraulic passage is double volute type with symmetrical radial force.

1.3.6. Both ends are supported by radial cylindrical sliding bearings, and the free end is equipped with a double row rolling bearing as the thrust bearing.

1.3.7. Forced oil circulation is adopted.

1.3.8. Single face balanced mechanical seal is adopted.
