TY series conical ring groove regulating valve
1. Introduction
1.1. Purpose
Ty series conical ring groove regulating valve is mainly used in the flow regulation of medium and low pressure difference, and is widely used in the flow regulation of grade I and II desuperheating water, continuous blowdown valve, make-up water, feed water and other systems of power plant.

1.3. Structural features
The cone-shaped valve core series control valve has no regulating core package, the valve core and the valve stem are an integral whole, the head of the valve core is a cone-shaped structure, and there are many parallel ring grooves in the cone-shaped head, that is, the multi-stage cascade structure; When the medium enters from the valve body, it enters into the flow channel formed by the valve core and valve seat. After multi-stage depressurization, it flows out of the valve body and reaches the flow and pressure required by the power plant. TY series cone-shaped ring groove control valve is simple in structure and easy to maintain; the valve core and valve seat adopt different angles to form a line contact seal, with reliable sealing and closing performance.
The pressure reducing valve is small, and the flow control valve is small.

3. Selection method
Generally, the selection of valves can refer to the recommended valve structure and type to determine the main technical conditions of the valve. According to the regulation requirements and the working temperature, pressure, density, noise and other conditions of the medium, not only the flow characteristics and flow coefficient should be considered For the inherent static characteristics of valves such as CV or KV, allowable pressure difference and regulation range R, the influence of the dynamic characteristics such as the distortion of flow characteristics caused by the changes of system resistance and operating conditions due to the different parallel and series positions of the valves installed on the actual pipeline must also be considered.
