Elbow
1. Introduction
1.1. Purpose
Elbows are used in power, petroleum, chemical and other engineering transmission of different temperatures, pressures of water, steam and other flow pipe bends.
1.2. Structural features
1.2.1. The structure of the product is simple, reasonable, the shape is accurate, and the medium flow resistance is small.
1.2.2. Forming method: hot pressing, hot annealing and half welding.
1.2.3. Dimension series: inner diameter series and outer diameter series.
1.2.4. Seamless and seamed.

3. Selection
Name, design parameters, interface specification, steel grade, supply status and quantity are given, and ordering drawings and technical requirements are provided. In addition to the requirements provided by users, the groove forms shall be in accordance with DL/T869-2004 technical specification for welding of thermal power plants.
