1. Introduction

1.1. Purpose

The prefabricated steam water pipeline is used for the main pipeline system of thermal power plant and nuclear power plant, and also for the complete pipeline of other systems.

1.3. Structural features

1.3.1. Simplify field installation. The factory production and supply of pipeline bring great convenience to the construction, avoid the possibility of error in each link, guarantee the supply time, and reduce the high-altitude operation on the construction site; the installation on the construction site is very simple and fast, and only need to connect according to the number and the drawing during the installation.

1.3.2. Shorten the installation period. Due to the factory processing and preparation, the workload of field installation is greatly reduced. The combination rate of butt weld of pipeline can reach more than 50%, that of fillet weld of nozzle seat can reach more than 90%, that of hanging block and clamping block can be welded 100%, and that of pipe bend and pipe end groove can be processed 100%. Due to the reduction of on-site installation workload, the installation period of major pipelines in the power station has been shortened from 5-6 months without preparation to 2 months or less.

1.3.3. Save pipe material. The pipeline is optimized by computer CAD, the pipe is predicted by pipeline pre design, and the pipe is fully utilized by adjusting the position of solder joint, so as to improve the utilization rate of pipe. The purchasing allowance of pipe material is reduced from 10% to 3% ~ 5% when piping, so as to reduce waste and material cost.

1.3.4. Improve quality. Compared with the field open-air construction, the factory has changed the working conditions, which is conducive to the specialization and large-scale production. The use of special advanced processing equipment and means is conducive to the control of the quality of welding and inspection, and can carry out the overall heat treatment after welding. It has changed the previous situation that it is difficult to construct, supervise and control the quality of high-altitude welding in the field construction, so as to improve the quality of the pipeline Quantity.

1.3.5. Save construction cost. Factory processing and preparation can greatly reduce or even cancel the beveling machine, milling machine and other machines and tools used for pipeline preparation at the construction site, reduce the transportation, maintenance and repair costs of the site and machines and tools, the number of temporary platforms and buildings, and greatly reduce the number of people invested in pipeline installation at the site, thus saving the construction cost.

1.3.6. Reduce the frequency of pipe blowing. The factory processing and preparation adopts sand blasting (shot), pickling and other processes to completely remove the oxide scale, rust and other impurities inside the pipeline, and seal all the cleaned sections. In this way, the chemical cleaning of individual systems in front of the furnace after installation can be cancelled, the number of steam pipe flushing can be greatly reduced, the fuel oil can be saved, and the operation cost can be reduced.

1.3.7. Perfect the design. By optimizing the original design with CAD technology, the factory processing and preparation can further improve the design work, facilitate the discovery of errors and omissions in the pipeline design, and avoid unnecessary trouble to the site construction; in addition, it can also easily correct the size out of tolerance problems of purchased pipes and valves through size adjustment, which brings great convenience to the construction.

1.3.8. Reduce the project cost. The cost of the project can be greatly reduced by adopting factory preparation
