LC series high efficiency FGD circulating pump is a new generation of FGD pumps developed by the factory on the basis of successful design and manufacture experience of original lc-t series slurry pumps, aiming at the characteristics of industrial FGD pumps in China, and in order to meet the requirements of limestone (lime) / gypsum wet FGD process pumps in China's coal-fired power plants. It has absorbed the advanced technology of similar products at home and abroad, and is specially used for absorption tower circulating pump pH value: 2.5 ~ 13, chloride ion concentration: ≤ 60000ppm, weight concentration: ≤ 60%, medium temperature: ≤ 100 ℃.

Performance and advantages.

1. The pump is of all metal structure, the pump body is made of ultra-low carbon nitrogen-containing duplex stainless steel CD4MCuN, and the impeller and wear-resistant plate are made of high chromium wear-resistant alloy Cr30A, with excellent corrosion resistance and wear-resistant performance and long service life.

2. The pump is a single volute, single-stage, single suction centrifugal pump with a "back pull" structure. When disassembling the impeller, mechanical seal, shaft and other components, it is unnecessary to dismantle the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, which is convenient for maintenance.

3. Generally, single face cartridge mechanical seal is adopted, which is easy to disassemble. The impeller is designed with balance hole to avoid large particles contacting the mechanical seal.

4. The axial adjustable structure design makes it easy to adjust the impeller and keep the clearance between the impeller and the front pump cover and wear plate, so as to maintain the high efficiency of the pump.

5. The pump shaft is of large diameter and short shaft head, which can reduce the deflection of the shaft in operation, so as to prolong the service life of the seal.

6. Double key connection and double locking device are adopted between impeller and shaft to solve the problem of impeller reversing and falling off during shutdown and backwashing.

7. The bearing is lubricated with thin oil, with oil level mirror and constant oil cup, which can fully ensure good lubrication; the labyrinth dust disc with safety and reliability can effectively prevent dirt and impurities from entering and prevent lubricating oil leakage.
