Product description

PLC absorber sump pump is a kind of anti-corrosion and anti-corrosion liquid pump which is introduced by the factory to design and manufacture Jeumont Schneider pump in France and the special wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant smelting and casting technology of Haute Sambre company.

The series of pumps are single stage single suction cantilever vertical centrifugal pumps. It is designed according to the theory and practice experience of multiphase flow. It is suitable for conveying the pump type of suspended particles, corrosive and abrasive media, viscous medium, liquid with scaling characteristics and liquid containing gas. The factors such as good passing capacity, reliability, service life and efficiency of the overflow parts are fully considered , is the ideal pump type for transporting solid medium. The series of pumps are widely used in chemical fertilizer, chemical industry, sewage treatment, food, paper making, sugar making, mining and other industries.

 

Structural features

1. The pump is advanced in design, reliable in whole machine, rigid design is adopted, with thick pump shaft, large bearing capacity, reasonable rotor bearing capacity, ensuring continuous long-term operation of single pump;

2. The impeller is a closed wide channel impeller, which is conducive to the passage of solid medium without blocking. The impeller has front and rear back blades, and the front back blades are used to prevent the return of the medium to the pump inlet direction. The back blade is used to balance the axial force and reduce the axial leakage pressure to improve the pump efficiency;

3. The pump is equipped with axial adjustment device. When the over-current parts have some abrasion or corrosion, the clearance between impeller and shell can be adjusted by adjusting device to maximize the recovery of pump performance and prolong the service life of the pump.

4. Double bearing support, long distance between two bearings.

5. The shaft diameter is thick, the shaft steps are few, and the shaft rigidity is good.

6. The supporting pipe and bearing box are designed with good rigidity, and the pump runs smoothly.
