1. Product introduction:

NA1000 type hydrogen leakage detection and alarm device can realize on-line semi quantitative monitoring of hydrogen leakage concentration in each phase enclosed bus of hydrogen cooled generator and oil and water system, display the change trend of hydrogen concentration at the tested place and realize quota alarm function, so as to provide convenience for finding and timely handling of hydrogen leakage point, It creates favorable conditions for the safe and economic operation of hydrogen cooled generator, and will effectively prevent the occurrence of hydrogen explosion accidents that seriously endanger the personal and equipment safety.

Installation position: generator outlet enclosed bus, internal cooling water tank, hydrogen cooler return pipe, return pipe steam excitation side, cylinder head steam excitation side, generator stator temperature measurement outlet.

3. Working principle:

The probe is installed at the measuring point, which is composed of a high stable hydrogen sensing integrated circuit (sensor) and a metal gas chamber. The sensor is composed of a gas electric converter, a compensation device, a heating device and a temperature measuring device. The gas to electric converter uses the characteristics of PD gate FET's switching on voltage changing with hydrogen concentration to convert the change of hydrogen concentration at the measuring point into the corresponding voltage signal. The gas electric converter and compensator are connected with the amplifier and linear correction circuit of the instrument by cables. The compensation device is used to track and compensate the non hydrogen sensitive change caused by the opening voltage of PD gate tube, so as to suppress the instability of the instrument caused by slow drift. The combination of the heating and temperature measuring devices and the temperature control circuit in the instrument can make the sensor work stably at the set temperature all the time, so as to eliminate the influence of the external temperature change on the normal operation of the sensor.
