Thermocouple

 

1. Brief

As a kind of temperature sensor, industrial thermocouple is usually used with display instrument, recording instrument and electronic regulator. It can directly measure the surface temperature of liquid vapor, gas medium and solid from 0 ℃ to 1800 ℃.

According to the national regulations, our company's thermocouples are assembled thermocouples of PtRh30 - PtRh6, PtRh10-Pt, NiCr-NiSi, NiCr - NiCu, etc.

Thermocouples are usually composed of temperature sensing elements, mounting fixtures and junction boxes.

Thermocouple nominal pressure: generally refers to the working temperature protection tube can withstand static external pressure and rupture.

Minimum insertion depth of thermocouple: no less than 8-10 times of the outer diameter of its protective sleeve (except for special products)

Insulation resistance: when the ambient air temperature is 15-35 ℃, the relative humidity is less than 80%, the insulation resistance is more than or equal to 5 megohm (voltage 100 V). Thermocouple with splash proof junction box, when the relative temperature is 93 ± Insulation resistance ≥ 0.5 megohm (voltage 100V) at 3 ℃

Insulation resistance at high temperature: at high temperature, the insulation resistance (per meter) between the thermocouple's hot electrode (including pairs type) and the protection tube and double hot electrode shall be greater than the value specified in the table below.
