Product description

1. System overview

HCS-100A type dumper electronic track scale is a special measuring instrument installed under the body of C-type dumper. The electronic track scale of the dumper uses the body of the dumper as the weighing table. The automatic weighing process is controlled by the control system of the dumper, and works in cooperation with the control system of the dumper to achieve the function of automatic weighing. The dumper system can still perform the unloading work without weighing the electronic track scale of the dumper. The electronic track scale of dumper shall be verified in accordance with the verification regulation of jjg709-90 dynamic weighing track scale (including track scale of dumper) for non locomotive traction. The electronic track scale of dumper has many advantages, such as high precision, fast weighing speed, convenient installation, no floor area, saving capital construction cost and human resources.

HCS-100A type dumper track scale can not only complete automatic weighing, data processing, display, print report, data transmission, etc., but also self check the parameters of the sensor.

The electronic track scale of the dumper is composed of hardware and software. The hardware part includes weighing bearing pier, track scale instrument box (including self checking unit, signal regulating unit, power supply and signal control unit and display unit), industrial control computer, network printer, network switch, vehicle number identification device (including antenna, radio frequency cable and main computer), KVM extension cable, UPS power supply, operation console and external control unit. The whole system is composed as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.

1.1. Weighing bearing pier

The load bearing pier is composed of MOD700-60t high precision weighing sensor, floating base and automatic centering device. The function is to convert the weight of the coal truck on the dumper body into voltage signal accurately. Because of the many compensation measures, the bearing pier can effectively reduce the corner error in the installation and weighing process, reduce the temperature error caused by the change of the ambient temperature, and also have a large overload capacity.

Each dumper electronic track weighbridge has 4 bearing piers. The load on a single bearing pier can be adjusted. The load deviation of a single sensor is not more than 5% in order to avoid overload stop phenomenon of single sensor and affect the weighing accuracy of the system.

1.2. Instrument control box

The instrument control box is mainly composed of power supply and signal control unit, signal adjusting unit, self checking unit, data acquisition and weighing display unit.

The power supply and signal control unit is the peripheral interface and isolation part of the control signals between the computer and the dumper control system, and it is also the total power supply (including DC part and AC part) of the track scale instrument part. The front panel is equipped with various status indicators. In order to prevent the control signal failure of dumper control system, "manual / automatic" signal transfer switch is set. In the automatic weighing state (the manual / automatic indicator light is on), the "car in place" and "rollover end" signals are given by the dumper control system through the external control unit. In the automatic weighing state, the "car in place" and "rollover end" signals given manually are shielded by the "automatic" signal; In the manual state, the control signal given by the dumper control system has priority (that is, if the manual control system does not give the signal and the dumper control system sends the weighing signal, the automatic weighing function will be completed).

The signal adjusting unit is composed of signal adjusting resistor and potentiometer. Because the sensor tag number of each weighing instrument manufacturer is different.

In order to ensure the accuracy of weighing, it is necessary to adjust the four corner error when checking the weighing. When adjusting, first use the weight car to stop at the entrance end, middle end and exit end of the dumper body, and record the indication value of the weighing instrument for three times. Secondly, No.1, No.4, No.2 and No.3 sensors should be adjusted to make the indication of weighing instruments at the entrance, middle and exit end reach or conform to the tolerance range of verification regulation. Note: the potentiometer corresponding to each sensor has been adjusted to the middle position when the equipment leaves the factory. If there is no four angle error, it is not necessary to adjust the potentiometer. The adjustment process needs to be repeated. After each adjustment, it is necessary to pull the weight car out of the dumper body and clear the weighing instrument.

The self-test unit completes the automatic detection of various parameters of the sensor, and inputs the input signal of the sensor to the data acquisition unit for display. When entering the self-test program, the self-test indicator on the front panel of the control box will be on. When different test items are selected, the corresponding indicator will be on.

The data acquisition and weighing display unit is composed of digital multimeter and weighing display instrument. Complete the conversion and display function of weighing signal and sensor self-test signal. And the display value is transmitted to the corresponding serial port of the computer through RS232. For the detailed operation of relevant instruments, please refer to the attached operation manual.

The computer system consists of industrial computer, keyboard, mouse, display, printer and UPS power supply.

 

2. Main performance index

2.1. Maximum weighing range: 240 tons

2.2. Dumper weight: 100 tons

2.3. Maximum rated load of sensor: 60t

2.4. System weighing accuracy: better than 0.5, reaching the standard of JJG709-90 verification regulation of non locomotive traction dynamic weighing track scale (including dumper track scale).

2.5. Sensor static calibration accuracy: better than 0.05%

 

3. Operation

3.1. Hardware operation

In order to ensure the weighing accuracy of the system, the power supply of the electronic track scale instrument box of the car dumper should be closed 15 minutes before the work of the car dumper system. First, close the UPS power supply, the printer power supply, the vehicle number identification device power supply, the industrial control computer and display power switch, and the "power switch" on the power supply and signal control unit (the "work indicator" light on the signal regulation unit is on). The weighing display instrument will return to zero after self checking (if the instrument display is not zero, press the reset key to reset the instrument). It is not necessary to close the power switch of the digital multimeter when the self-test function is not carried out. If the weighing operation is not carried out for a long time, please turn off the power switch of computer, display, external control unit, control unit and vehicle number identification device.

a. Automatic weighing: when the weighing display instrument returns to zero, you can enter the weighing program to complete the automatic weighing. Set the "manual / automatic" transfer switch to the automatic state, and the "manual / automatic" transfer indicator will be on. In the automatic weighing state, the hardware part of the electronic track scale of the car dumper does not need to be operated by the operator. Just use the relevant program of the railway scale application program. Please refer to relevant software operation section for specific operation.

b. Manual weighing: if manual weighing is needed, put the "automatic / manual" transfer switch in the "manual" state, and the "manual / automatic" state indicator is not on. The usage of the software is the same as that of automatic weighing, please refer to the relevant software operation section. When the coal car enters the dumper and takes off the hook, press the "car in place" button on the front panel of the power supply and signal control unit, and the computer starts to weigh the gross weight. After the correct gross weight data is collected, the signal of "gross weight weighing finished" is sent out. At this time, the car dumper can roll over and unload coal. After the car dumper turns over the coal car and returns to its position, press "end of car dumper", and the computer begins to weigh the tare weight. When the computer has finished weighing, it will send out the signal of "tare weighing finished", and the dumper can pull the empty coal car out of the dumper body. In this way, the manual weighing function can be completed.

4. System maintenance

In order to ensure the normal operation of HCS-100A dumper track scale and the weighing accuracy of the system, all parts need to be maintained.

4.1. The load cell is the core component of electronic track scale of car dumper, which needs special attention in the process of use. When washing the coal falling on the dumper body, it is not allowed to wash the sensor directly with water, especially the sensor wiring part. Protection measures must be taken during flushing.

4.2. During the use of car dumper, the horizontal limit rod will be stressed due to mechanical deformation or mechanical wear. So that the weighing indicator can not return to zero or appear the phenomenon of + EEE or - EEE after starting. First, please check whether the rail of the dumper body and the approach rail are in contact, whether the horizontal limit tie rod is under force, and then check whether the horizontal frame of the dumper has the phenomenon of coal gathering and arch forming. After the above problems are eliminated, the power supply of the instrument box can be restarted. If the fault still exists, the symmetrical weight sensor needs to be detected until the zero point of the instrument is recalibrated.

4.3. When the system fails, check the power supply first. If the power supply is abnormal, turn off the power supply in time. If the fault is in the power supply part, the load should be cut off first, and the power supply should be repaired. After the power supply returns to normal, the load should be connected.

5. The following problems should be paid attention to in the daily use of dumper electronic track scale:

5.1. The digital multimeter on the meter box is not used in the weighing process, but only used in the self inspection. In order to ensure the service life of the digital multimeter, please disconnect its power supply in the daily weighing process.

5.2. There is a response signal between the dumper and the track scale, so please turn off the power switches of the instrument box, computer, display, UPS power supply and parameter regulated power supply respectively after the dumper. In order to avoid the weighing process affected by the error of the dumper control system sent to the external control unit.

5.3.  Before starting the measurement, observe whether one or some of the indicator lights of "vehicle in place", "gross weight is finished" or "end of rollover" are on. If there is indicator light on, restart the power supply of computer and external control unit respectively until all status indicator lights are off before entering the measurement process.

5.4. When the loaded car has entered the dumper body and the coal handling system fails, please do not press or lean on the car. If there is a fault in the coal handling system after the vehicle has been pressed and leaning, please turn over the heavy vehicle.

5.5. The range of electronic track scale of car dumper is 100 tons, and the allowable load of car dumper is 100 tons. Therefore, in the process of rollover, the operator should pay attention to it. If overload is found, the operator of the tipper should be informed in time and the relevant personnel should be asked to deal with it.

5.6. To ensure the service life of all electronic devices of the electronic track scale of the dumper, please turn off the computer, display, instrument box, printer, UPS power supply and parameter voltage stabilizing power supply respectively after the turning over.
