Product description

1. Brief

BS vibration inclined coal grate is a supporting equipment for unloading coal of train dumper. It has independent power and operating system. It can closely cooperate with the train dumper to automatically vibrate the dumped coal into the coal trench, separate the large coal, stone and wood blocks in the coal, and at the same time, replace the workers to clean up the coal blocking and roof coal on the coal grate, and improve the efficiency of coal unloading. Because the rocks and wood blocks in coal have been separated from the vibrating inclined coal grate, the operation conditions of coal conveying system can be improved.

3. Use and maintenance

3.1. after unloading coal from the dumper, the vibration motor shall be started in time to vibrate and drop coal to ensure that there is no coal accumulation on the grate surface and large blocks of coal sliding smoothly.

3.2. the control system shall set the start button and emergency stop button, which will be manually started by the vibration motor. After vibration for a period of time, the vibration motor will stop itself. It is unnecessary to press the stop button. In case of emergency during vibration, the vibration motor can be forced to stop vibration by pressing the emergency stop button. The vibration time of the vibration motor can be changed by adjusting the time relay in the control box( It has been adjusted to 3 minutes at the factory)

3.3. the magnitude of the excitation force can be adjusted by adjusting the eccentric wheel connected with the vibration motor (it has been adjusted to 30% at the factory and the eccentric wheel can be adjusted between 0-40%), when there is more water in coal, the excitation force can be increased to make the coal fall smooth, and the excitation force can be adjusted to a smaller extent when the water content of coal is less, In the case of better coal dropping effect, do not adjust the magnitude of excitation force to ensure the service life of vibration motor.

3.4. when adjusting the eccentric wheel of vibration motor, open the shield at both ends and adjust it. During adjustment, it is necessary to pay attention to the calibration of eccentric wheel on both sides to keep strict consistency. After adjustment, the bolt of eccentric wheel shall be locked to prevent the eccentric wheel from slipping and lose eccentric adjustment function.

3.5. check whether the base bolts of vibration motor are loose regularly, and repair them immediately upon discovery.

3.6. check whether the line contact in the control box is good, whether it is falling off, whether the electrical components are overheated or loose during operation, and check the grounding insulation performance of the box.

3.7. fill the spring support rod with grease regularly to ensure the flexibility of the pivot pin rotation.

3.8. the control box is equipped with the fault sound and light alarm device. When the alarm occurs, it shall be stopped immediately for inspection.

 

4. Installation

4.1. install I-beam base, check the I-beam base according to the drawing size, place each steel base on the coal bucket foundation step, and weld it firmly with embedded parts.

4.2. place spring support base according to the general drawing size, level and weld it on embedded steel plate partition wall.

4.3. check the marks of the inclined grate and the middle inclined grate on the side of the inclined grate body and weld them according to the drawing.

4.4. place the inclined grate body on the spring support seat and I-beam base, position the fixed seat of the inclined grate and the embedded part center, and then spot weld the hinge seat of the inclined grate body and spring support base. Check the size of each positioning point and weld all according to the drawing.

4.5. install the vibration motor tightening bolt and lock nut, and weld the bolt head and motor base plate firmly.

4.6. install the electric control box, fix the electric control box on the column of the coal unloading plant according to the drawing requirements, and lay the cable threading steel pipe from the bottom of the electric control box along the column and foundation ground plane to the vibrating inclined coal grate basket.

4.7. install the grease nozzle on the spring support seat and the fixed seat of the inclined grate and add butter.

4.8. install the electric control box, fix it in the proper position of the coal grate plant according to the drawing requirements, and install the cable along the cable steel pipe from the bottom of the electric control box to the vibration coal grate motor.

4.9. connect the line according to the electrical wiring diagram.

4.10. install motor cover and tighten bolts and lock nuts.

4.11. after installation, local top coat shall be applied.
