The bin wall vibrator is a new type of blocking device which uses the vibration motor as the excitation source. The device is installed on all kinds of material silos. Through vibration, the lumped materials in the silo can be displaced and move, so as to play the role of deblocking.
Vibration motor is a kind of ideal vibration source which combines transport power source and excitation source. Because the whole structure of vibration motor is closed, it can be used normally when installed on the dust operation equipment. Because the insulation treatment of motor coil is strict, the working environment humidity is within 80 ℃.
The effect of installing the wall vibrator on the bin and discharge pipe is very obvious, and the blocking phenomenon can be eliminated; However, due to the complexity of the materials stored in the silo and discharge pipe, it is difficult to master the application rules of the silo wall vibrator in the silo equipment. Only some selection parameters are provided here for users' reference.

3. Instructions:
3.1. When installing more than two vibrating motors, the installation position shall be staggered by 50-100 mm.
3.2. The welding must be firm, and the fastening bolt must be spring washer and high strength bolt.
3.3. Before the vibration motor is installed, the scale of the eccentric block shall be adjusted to the appropriate position, and the Adjustment Scales of the two groups of eccentric blocks shall be consistent.
3.4. For the silo with general structure, 4-stage motor with small amplitude should be adopted.

Note: this table is calculated according to the structure that the upper end of the silo is fixed and the lower part is in free state. Therefore, the data in the table should be properly corrected for the structure that the upper and lower parts of the silo are fixed.
