3.1. System composition
ICS series electronic belt weigher has four parts: weighing bridge, weighing sensor, speed sensor and integrator.
3.2. Basic working principle
The weighing bridge with load cell is installed on the longitudinal beam of belt conveyor. The weight of material on the belt is detected by the load cell support bridge and weighing roller, and a signal proportional to the belt load is generated; At the same time, the speed sensor generates a series of pulse signals, each pulse represents a belt length, and the pulse length is proportional to the belt speed. The integrator uses the integration method to calculate the belt speed and belt load, and converts the two signals into digital quantities, and displays the instantaneous flow and accumulated weight on the display.
