The electrolytic anode plate is composed of anode lug, transition row and main board by sequential welding. The anode unit and anode film shall be washed after the electrophoretic tank is switched. After the tank is switched, deionized water shall be continuously sprayed on the anode film of the electrophoretic anode plate to prevent the electrophoretic paint from drying on the anode film and drying through the anode film. Maintenance of electrophoretic coating anode system here, attention shall be paid to the detection of bacterial grade, bacterial control method and sterilization operation method of pure water system used in the workshop. Bacteria are easily attached to the tank wall and the inner surface of the pipeline, especially the inlet and outlet pipes of the polar tube and the regulating valve, which are easily blocked by bacterial dirt due to the influence of reducing diameter. Importantly, bacteria also have a potential impact on the conductivity of anode solution and coating quality.

Electrophoretic anode plate is characterized by high voltage and low current. Therefore, the requirements for rectifier power supply are 0-220V (or 0-100V) continuous adjustment, voltage stabilization (waveform fluctuation is less than 5%), and time control device (0-5min). At present, many domestic manufacturers have produced rectifier power supplies specially suitable for electrophoretic painting. The hanger used for electrophoretic painting must be firmly contacted and have good conductivity. The hook part is generally made of spring steel wire and easy to disassemble and replace. The hanger shall be designed to facilitate cleaning. For deep hole parts, the paint solution in the hole shall be used, which can be recycled during cleaning, which is beneficial to prolong the service life of the paint solution and reduce the production cost. Anode system is an indispensable part of cathodic electrophoretic coating. The performance and price of anode have a great impact on the process quality and coating cost of electrophoretic anode plate. The maintenance and repair of anode has also become one of the important issues concerned by the industry.

Sterilization control scheme for the anode system of electrophoresis anode plate: the anode system has been analyzed for many times after bacteria are generated. Except for the bacteria in the anode solution box, if the bacterial index of other samples is less than 1*102. The bacterial index meets the requirements. If the bacterial index in the anode solution box exceeds the standard, it is as high as 8.0 * 105 is close to 106, and molds (molds) and other bacteria are easy to grow. We can take the following measures to control the results: the cleaning scheme should be determined according to the bacterial growth in the anode sterilization step, and the general step scheme is: periodic use of bactericide; Regularly clean the bacterial dirt on the pipeline, valve, anode tank wall and tank bottom; Inject pure water for circulating cleaning; Prepare anode solution with acetic acid after cleaning. The specific frequency of releasing bactericide and manual cleaning of electrophoresis anode plate shall be determined according to the bacterial test report of anode solution. In the conventional bactericide sterilization scheme, when the conventional bactericide of electrophoretic paint manufacturer is used, it is recommended to use the special bactericide Kathon lxe, which is a broad-spectrum and non oxygen bactericide. It can effectively kill a wide range of microorganisms at low concentration, and the active molecules contained can be degraded to reduce the emission problem.
