Yaw gearbox

The yaw drive adopts multi-stage planetary gear transmission structure, with wide speed ratio coverage, large bearing capacity and high transmission efficiency. The strength of yaw reducer is in accordance with GL2012 design standard. The existing products have covered the use requirements of 1-10MW wind turbine generator units. New products that meet the requirements of customers can also be designed and developed according to the special requirements of customers.

Product description

The yaw drive adopts multi-stage planetary gear transmission structure, with wide speed ratio coverage, large bearing capacity and high transmission efficiency. The strength of yaw reducer is in accordance with GL2012 design standard. The existing products have covered the use requirements of 1-10MW wind turbine generator units. New products that meet the requirements of customers can also be designed and developed according to the special requirements of customers.

 

1. Main technical characteristics

1.1. Operating temperature: - 40 ℃ ~ + 55 ℃.

1.2. Anti corrosion grade C3 / C4.

1.3. The fatigue life is calculated in strict accordance with the whole life cycle of the product, which can achieve the high life requirement of 20-25 years.

1.4. The gear is properly modified according to many years of manufacturing experience to improve the bearing capacity of the gear.

1.5. High reliability, low noise, noise ≤ 80dB.

1.6. Small vibration, vibration ≤ 3mm / S (subjective evaluation value in GB / T 6404.2, class C vibration standard machine ≤ 8mm / s).

1.7. High precision, gear precision can reach grade 6 precision in GB / T 10095.1-2008.

1.8. The module of output gear is 12-24m, which can perfectly match the size of customer interface.
