1. Brief
Suspending electric magnetic separator is a DC excited iron remover, which is designed to be used above moving materials to remove miscellaneous iron. 2. Main design features
2.1. H-class aluminum coil, NOMEX insulating paper, high operating strength, good heat dissipation performance, coil insulation adopts glass fiber separator and insulating material that is not easy to lose, and never uses wood material;

High-efficiency 4-pulley automatic cleaning facility (small iron remover adopts two-pulley design), thereby reducing the height of the entire iron remover and reducing the space occupied, and the uniquely designed external cooling oil expansion tank can effectively prevent the electromagnetic iron remover. the coil was burned,
2.3. Effective heat dissipation and moisture are the biggest enemies of the electromagnetic iron remover. The expansion tank design effectively solves the problem of cooling oil soaking the coil and isolating moisture from contacting the coil, so as to avoid the coil from burning. The unique design ensures that the coil is always completely covered by cooling oil, effectively preventing the coil from being damaged by overheating;
2.4. The general electromagnetic iron remover is easy to leave an air gap in the box. As the iron remover cools, moist air can enter the magnet box through the pressure relief valve, forming harmful condensation. Our expansion tanks are designed to absorb this moisture and remove it.
2.5. For SC type automatic cleaning electromagnetic iron remover, for special or complex applications, in order to ensure the best effect of the iron remover and the safe operation of the equipment, it can also provide users with:

3. Installation method
The ideal installation solution for suspended iron separators is above the parabolic path where the material escapes from the conveyor belt. This scenario is called position 1 installation.
The position 1 installation scheme maximizes the full potential of the iron separator. Because the material to be processed moves directly to the magnetic field surface of the iron remover, its momentum helps to attract miscellaneous iron. When the belt speed is slow, the falling path of the material is close to the vertical direction, and the iron remover must move back to get closer to the pulley.
Install the iron remover above the material on conveyor belt, and the movement direction of the iron unloading belt is perpendicular to the direction of the material conveyor belt, which is called position 2 installation. When the belt speed is fast (≥4.5m/s), the iron removal effect of the installation at position 2 is not ideal.

Our uniquely designed external cooling oil expansion tank can effectively prevent the electromagnetic separator coil from being burned.
