1. Working principle of rotary drum magnetic separator
The core component of the rotary drum magnetic separator is the permanent magnet system enclosed in the drum. The high gradient magnetic force generated by the magnetic system is used to adsorb the magnetic material in the slurry on the drum surface in the magnetic area during the rotation of the drum. After the drum rotates to the non-magnetic area, the magnetic material is collected into the silo by using the magnetic material gravity principle and equipment scraper, while the non-magnetic material flows to the tailings outlet with the slurry to complete the separation process.
1.1. It can automatically and continuously recover the heavy medium in the coal washing process to ensure that the content of magnetic heavy medium in tailings is less than 0.26kg/m ³, The recovery rate was 99.9%;

1.3. Wear resistant casing, end plate and transmission device convenient for loading and unloading reduce the frequency of replacement and maintenance;

When leaving the factory, the equipment has been debugged to the working state, which reduces the on-site debugging time. On site, it only needs to screw the flower basket bolts to adjust the magnetic system angle from the vertical position to the use state;

2. Rotary drum magnetic separator structure
2.1. Magnetic system mainly composed of permanent magnet, closed cylinder skin, wear-resistant cylinder skin, reducer transmission device, box (feeding box, discharge, collection port, etc.) and frame;
2.2. High quality ferrite magnets are selected for the permanent magnet system, and the exclusively designed magnetizer is used for magnetization, which can ensure that the demagnetization rate of the permanent magnet system within 50 years under normal use is ≤ 1%;
2.3. The reducer adopts IP65 or IP55 protection grade, which can ensure normal operation under severe conditions;
2.4. Each lubricating point can be filled with lubricating oil during equipment operation (without shutdown);
