1. Tipper unit

Mainly consists of rotor, clamping device, backing plate, roller device, end stop, vibrator, guiding device, transmission and hydraulic system.

 

1.1 Rotor

1.1.1 The rotor consists mainly of two C-shaped end rings, a front beam, a back beam and a platform. The joint form is a high-strength bolt coupling flange, which is a box beam structure. Its role is to carry the vehicle to be unloaded, and to flip and unload the vehicle together with the vehicle.

1.1.2 The outer edge of the end ring has a running track to transmit the load to the roller device,and the outer ring of the end ring is also equipped with a transmission ring gear for engaging the driving pinion to drive the turning of the dumper rotor. 1.3 Back panel components and functions

2. Re-tuning machine components and functions

The re-tuning machine is composed of a frame, a walking wheel, a guiding wheel, a shifting arm, a driving device, a buffer, a position detecting device, a hydraulic and an electrical system.

Walking wheel device: The re-adjusting machine has a total of four running wheel devices to support the car body to walk on the track. In order to ensure that the four wheel treads are in contact with the track at the same time, one of the four running wheel devices is an elastic running wheel device. 2.1 Frame

4.1 Frame and riser

4.2 Buffer device and alignment device
