XLJ series Hanging Chain Bucket Ship Unloader
1.Introduction
1.1. Usage
XLJ Series catenary chain bucket ship unloader is a kind of continuous ship unloader used in inland river barges to unload bulk bulk bulk materials. The utility model takes the endless chain of closed cycle as the traction component and the hopper as the bearing and reclaiming component. Because the endless circulating chain is provided with a tension device in the reclaiming section, which is in a free suspension state in the non working state, it is called the catenary bucket ship unloader.
Since 1979, China has developed a catenary bucket ship unloader suitable for the characteristics of China's inland waters. After more than ten years of continuous research, the unloader has developed into two basic types: floating type and fixed type, There are a series of products with productivity of 150t / h, 200t / B, 360t / h, 500t / h, 800t / h and 1200t / h, which are respectively used in professional wharves of power, transportation, steel, energy and other industries, to receive and unload bulk bulk bulk granular materials such as raw coal, sandstone, dolomite, iron ore and grain. At present, the catenary chain bucket ship unloader used in our country is fixed type, and the operation mode is fixed machine moving, that is, the ship unloader is fixed, when unloading, the ship moving system drives the unloaded barge to move. When the barge is unloaded to the end of the cabin, the barge is dragged by the ship moving system to return to the unloading starting position at a higher speed, and the second time of ship moving and unloading is carried out, so that the unloading is completed.
The floating catenary chain bucket ship unloader is researched and developed according to the characteristics of large variation of water level difference in inland rivers and many ship types and sizes. The floating catenary chain bucket ship unloader integrates the dock and ship unloader, that is, the ship unloader is installed on the pontoon, and still adopts the fixed machine moving operation mode. The unloaded barge is berthed at the side of the ship outside the lighter of the unloader. During unloading, it is driven and transported by the transfer system installed on the lighter. The floating catenary chain bucket ship unloader is suitable for the inland river wharf with large water level difference. After manufacture, installation and commissioning, the pontoon and unloader can be transported by waterway to the user's Wharf for positioning, and then can be put into use quickly. It not only saves the investment of wharf, but also greatly shortens the construction period of wharf. It is an ideal model for the bulk cargo wharf of inland port in China.
The quay wall catenary chain bucket ship unloader is installed on the vertical quay wall, and its operation mode is fixed machine moving ship. This type of catenary bucket ship unloader occupies a small area of water and is suitable for inland river terminals with small changes in water level difference.

1.3. Structure characteristics and working principle
The catenary chain bucket ship unloader is mainly composed of chain bucket mechanism, chain bucket moving trolley, lifting mechanism, balance system, ship moving system, material receiving belt conveyor, inclined belt conveyor, metal structure, electrical control system and safety auxiliary device. When the ship unloader is in operation, the chain bucket is adjusted by the lifting mechanism to take the material depth. At the same time, the ship moving system drives the unloading barge to move continuously. The chain bucket digs the material in the ship cabin, and lifts the material through the lifting section. When it runs to the unloading section, the hopper unloads the material to the receiving belt conveyor, and then connects with the terminal conveyor system through the inclined belt conveyor.
The biggest characteristic of the chain bucket ship unloader is that it can complete the cleaning operation at the same time in the process of reclaiming. When the ship unloader reclaims materials, it uses the chain bucket of free suspension section to reclaim materials in layers or along the bottom of the cabin at one time. Because the flexible suspension chain bucket can automatically compensate for the bumps caused by the ship's load reduction and floating up or the surface affected by the wind and waves when taking materials along the bottom of the tank, and because a certain number of chain buckets are in contact with the bottom of the tank when taking materials, the tank cleaning operation can be completed at the same time of unloading, and the tank cleaning amount is less than 3%. For barges with large load or special barges, the clearance volume is only about 1%. When the ship unloader unloads, the chain bucket operates at a constant speed. Only by properly adjusting the bucket reclaiming depth or moving speed, the ship unloader can maintain a stable productivity, with an average efficiency of 0.7-0.75. The installed capacity and operating energy consumption are small, and the specific power factor is only 0.2-0.25kw ● H / T. The energy consumption during operation is about 1 / 2 of that of grab ship unloader.
The chain bucket mechanism of the catenary chain bucket ship unloader is a continuous working mode, and its running speed is very low. It not only has small dynamic load and stable operation, but also improves the service life of vulnerable components such as chain and hopper.
The catenary chain bucket ship unloader is suitable for a wide variety of goods, especially for bulk materials with large bulk density, such as ore, dolomite, etc., which is one of the reasons why it is more widely used than other types of continuous ship unloaders.
Because of its structure and working characteristics, the catenary bucket ship unloader has a certain requirement for the barges to be unloaded. It is suitable for the unloading of inland river channel shaped sectional barges, deck barges and other open barges.
The pontoon of the note unloader consists of the pontoon body and two rigid overhanging sections, and the listed width, depth and draft dimensions are the parameters of the pontoon body.
